From investing in purposeful work that has a global impact, to fostering a company culture that is inclusive for all and ensures employees can bring their full selves to work, this remarkable organization has a lot to be proud of. Cisco's tech-loving employees, affectionately known as Cisconians, hail from 274 offices in 96 locations around the world. Their employees have shown up for each other and for the company in even deeper and more thoughtful ways than ever before.

During a challenging year of change and uncertainty, Cisconians doubled down on their inclusive motto, "Be you with us" from all corners of the globe meeting employees where they were emotionally and otherwise, updating benefits to quickly conform to the current needs of their people, and finding new ways to come together and support each other as a community. Cisco's support of their people is clearly reflected in their data with 92% of employees saying they have special and unique benefits outperforming the global benchmark by 8%.

And 89% say everyone has an opportunity to get special recognition, also exceeding the global benchmark by 8%.
