The username must be between 5 and 50 characters, including (specific or certain) special characters, and no spaces. The password must contain from 8 to 64 characters and have at least one uppercase letter, one number, one lowercase letter, be different from your User ID, have no spaces, no digital images or icons, and no more than two consecutive identical characters. The password is case sensitive and must contain at least one special character. -
Log in with your new Citibank credentials.
From the login page on the Citibank website or mobile app, fill out the User ID and Password fields using your new credentials, then click “Sign On” to access your account.
After you have signed up and logged in, you’ll be able to manage your Citibank credit card account online. You can pay your credit card bill, see credit card statements, monitor account activity, and change account information such as passwords and automatic payments.
