How do I contact Coursera directly? ›

Coursera's customer care number is (800) 952-5210. You can contact the company for any queries or complaints regarding the courses, refunds, payments, etc. Some agents might contact you to clarify your doubts.

Chat is currently available for learners with Coursera Plus, an active course or specialization subscription, or an active free trial. This includes learners in MasterTrack and Degree programs.

Log in to Coursera.org. Open your My Purchases page. Find the course or Coursera Plus subscription you want a refund for. Under the Refund Deadline column, click Get Refund.

you can't pause the course there is just option unenroll or if you are worry about the deadline of assignmetns and quizees you can reset deadlines when you want continue learning and continue the certificate this will not effect your process for getting the certificate .

This is what they say on the website : After 180 days, your payment will expire. You will need to pay the fee again if you haven't earned a Certificate and want one.

Con: Degrees cost money
