  • Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures the Department's procedures and departmental policies for the vetting of personnel whose role will involve the handling of information of a sensitive or confidential nature or the handling of information which is subject to any relevant security measures, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Official Secrets Act 1911 to 1989;

  • Standard Operating Procedures means the Contractors' standard operating procedures in accordance with which the Security Personnel will provide the Security Services as set out in Annex F (Standard Operating Procedures).

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in Paragraph 2 of Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Bidding Procedures means the portion of the Bid Opportunity by that name which sets out the terms and conditions governing the Bid, and a reference to a section, clause or subclause with the prefix “B” designates a section, clause or subclause in that portion of the Bid Opportunity;

  • Safeguards Monitoring Report means each report prepared and submitted by the Borrower to ADB that describes progress with implementation of and compliance with the EMP and the RP (as applicable), including any corrective and preventative actions;

  • Rapid(ly) report(ing means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Estonian Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Estonia to which such Reporting Estonian Financial Institution is subject.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Technical Specifications means the technical specifications set forth in Schedule 1 to the Agreement and to which, the STBs, CAS and SMS must comply with.

  • Technical safeguards means the technology and the policy and procedures for its use that 27 protect electronic PHI and control access to it.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient under the Original Financing Agreement and updated in accordance with Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and setting out, inter alia, implementation, organizational, administrative, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation, financial management, disbursem*nt and procurement arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual.

  • Remarketing Procedures means the procedures for conducting Remarketings set forth in Part II of these Articles Supplementary.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1;
