How do I contact Bonvoy customer service? ›

Beyond booking a stay, the Marriott Bonvoy App gives you access to our suite of Mobile Guest Services—Mobile Check-In, Mobile Key, Mobile Chat and Requests, and Mobile Dining—all from the palm of your hand, throughout your entire trip.

Do Marriott Bonvoy Points Expire? Yes, Marriott Bonvoy points do expire, but it's fairly easy to keep them active. Points will expire after a member is inactive for 24 consecutive months. To remain active and to start the 24-month clock over, all you need to do is earn or redeem Marriott points.

Once you are logged in, in the upper right corner, you will see your name with a > next to your name. Clicking on > will open a panel with your name and Marriott Bonvoy® Points balance. Click on Profile and your Membership Number will be listed first.
