Benjamin Haltinner is the Vice President of Finance at RepRisk. He joined the company in 2019, and is responsible for managing the globally distributed finance teams which support RepRisk’s growth agenda.

Benjamin has extensive experience in financial research and investment management. Before joining RepRisk, he worked as a financial analyst at the Australian Bond Exchange in Sydney, Australia. Prior to this, Benjamin headed fixed income research at Notenstein La Roche Private Bank in Zurich. He had earlier been a portfolio manager for cross-asset mandates at the bank.

Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, in Switzerland, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Britta Margraf is the Head of the Product Strategy Team at RepRisk, and responsible for client-facing product development and product management at the company.

Britta has been with RepRisk since 2013, previously serving as the Head of the Client Relationship Management Team and as a Business Development Manager. Prior to joining RepRisk, she worked for the German development agency (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ), where she led projects on economic development and digitalization in Southeast Europe, and coordinated sustainability related partnership projects between European companies and the GIZ in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, and China.

Britta earned her MBA in Sustainable Business at Business School Lausanne and University of St. Gallen (HSG), in Switzerland, and holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Regional Studies from the University of Cologne, in Germany.

Christophe Huybrechts joined RepRisk in 2024 and leads the organization’s Commercial Operations department. His focus is on delivering consistent world-class support to RepRisk’s clients. He is responsible for sales operations, client services, client experience, CRM & analytics, and data delivery & integration.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Christophe worked in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. He comes with extensive experience in commercial roles at large multinational firms including Procter & Gamble and General Mills, and is an expert in client-centricity.

Christophe holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering (great honors) from the University of Antwerp (UA) in Belgium, having completed an exchange semester at the University of Poitiers (UP) in France.

Dan Wally Santos  joined RepRisk in 2015 and is the General Manager responsible for overseeing the RepRisk Asia Pacific Hub in Manila, Philippines.  

Prior to joining RepRisk, Dan was a Vice President for Data and Product Management at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and held various managerial positions within the Research, Data Operations, and Product Management groups during his 13-year tenure with ISS.  

Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Management of Financial Institutions, and a Master’s degree in Business Management, both from De La Salle University, in Manila, Philippines.

David Shulman joined RepRisk in 2023 and is the Vice President leading the Product and Technology Division, providing Infrastructure, Engineering, IT support, and Product Management services to the organization and its clients.

Before joining RepRisk, David spent many years working in Finance IT on Wall Street in New York, building online banking, portfolio management, and trading systems before co-founding a spin-off from Deutsche Bank. David was the CTO of multiple start-ups and brings a broad spectrum of technical and product development knowledge and relevant experience in various industries, including Banking, Finance, E-Commerce, and Platform development.

David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University in New York, USA, and an International Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland. He also holds certificates from the ESADE Business School, University of California, Irvine and Tsinghua University.

Hope Vega joined RepRisk in 2021 as Head of Business Information Research, the team responsible for the creation, curation, and maintenance of RepRisk’s proprietary datasets.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Hope was a Content Operations Manager at Refinitiv, a business division of London Stock Exchange Group. During her more than 20-year tenure, she managed multiple teams involved in processes such as sourcing, curation, and aggregation of research and estimates data. She headed teams located in various countries across Asia, namely China, India, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines.

Hope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from De La Salle University, both in Manila, Philippines. She also holds a CFA Certificate from the Institute Investment Foundation Program.

Jenny Mathilde Nordby joined RepRisk in 2018 and is the Head of Business Development. She is responsible for RepRisk’s global business development department, including direct sales, strategic product integration partnerships, and redistribution channels. She previously led RepRisk’s Partnerships department and oversaw the company’s market, regulatory, and competitive intelligence.

Before joining RepRisk, Jenny worked at SEB – first, as an Account Manager covering Nordic institutional and corporate clients within Client Coverage, then in Institutional Sales, and finally in Corporate Risk Advisory and Analytics within Capital Markets. During her tenure at SEB, she also worked in rotations at other locations and departments in London, Singapore, and Stockholm.

Jenny holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Oslo, in Norway, and a Master of Science in Management and Finance from Imperial College, London, in the UK. She completed exchange semesters at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, and at the American University, in Washington D.C., USA.

Karoly Guba is the Head of Engineering, responsible for RepRisk’s global IT and developer teams. He joined the company in 2015 as a Senior Software Developer and worked on numerous programming projects until becoming the Team Lead in 2017, and subsequently the Technology Manager in 2018. He was promoted to Head of Engineering in 2021.

Karoly has 20+ years of experience in IT and software development as well as in people management. Prior to RepRisk, Karoly was department lead for General Administration and Technical Services and held various technical positions within IT during his 14-year tenure at the Municipality of co*ka, in Serbia.

Karoly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from John von Neumann University, in Kecskemet, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Novi Sad, in Zrenjanin, Serbia.

Kathrin Weston Walsh joined RepRisk in 2019 and is the Head of Legal. She handles contract-related, compliance, and other legal matters relating to RepRisk’s relationships with our clients, partners, suppliers, and others.

Kathrin previously worked as an attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation for two international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Denver, Colorado, USA. While in private practice, she focused primarily on insurance coverage, intellectual property, franchise, and employment matters. Most recently, Kathrin worked as the Legal English Program Director for Lawbility Ltd. in Zurich, and as a lecturer at the University of Lucerne Law Faculty.

Kathrin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, USA, a Master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the Duke University Graduate School, and a Bachelor’s degree, cum laude and with honors, in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, USA.

Liz Teige is Vice President and Head of RepRisk's Innovation Hub, responsible for fostering, accelerating, and enhancing product, process, and general business innovation throughout the company.

Liz previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, Research Manager, and Vice President of Research Technology  at RepRisk, which she joined in 2010. Prior to this, she spent two years in the Dominican Republic with the United States Peace Corps.

Liz holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, in the US, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of International Studies (SAIS), in Washington, DC.

Mariana Pote is the Head of ESG Research at RepRisk, and responsible for overseeing daily research operations and managing the global research team.

Mariana joined RepRisk in 2012, and previously worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and later as a Senior Project Manager supporting the research management team. Prior to joining RepRisk, Mariana co-founded a qualitative research company and worked as a strategic planner in multiple advertising agencies in Lisbon.

Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from University College London, a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design from the Zurich University of the Arts, and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Oxford.

Markus Zürn joined RepRisk in 2023 as General Manager overseeing business operations, driving RepRisk’s growth agenda, and fostering the development of the talented team in Berlin, Germany.

Passionate about digital transformation and building sound teams and businesses, Markus brings nearly 30 years of working experience in start-ups, scale-ups, and corporate companies across the e-commerce, fin-tech and telco-data sectors, including at Otto Group, Groupe Casino, Ionos, ATU and Ingenico in different C-Level positions.

Markus holds a business degree in Marketing from Idrac-Business-School in Paris, France.

Natascha Gruden is the Chief of Staff at RepRisk. Joining the company in 2021, she works closely with the executive team and the board of directors, drives strategic projects, and ensures alignment across all departments.

Natascha has extensive experience in human resources (HR), previously working in strategic, advisory, and administrative roles. Before joining RepRisk, Natascha was the HR Manager and member of the extended management team at Arcplace AG, where she built the HR department from scratch, including overseeing the implementation of, and compliance with, the company’s HR processes. Prior to this, she headed the HR Services of Elvetino AG for over 1,000 employees across Switzerland and Italy. Natascha started her career in the travel industry holding positions within marketing, sales, and technology.

Natascha holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS) with a major in general management and completed a foundation program in psychology at the University of Zurich.

Sergio Dias joined RepRisk in 2020 and is responsible for managing the team of key account managers in order to deliver high-quality services to clients globally. He and his team establish long-term relationships with key clients and develop mutual growth opportunities.

Prior to joining RepRisk, Sergio worked as a Strategy & Origination Manager at Swiss Re, where he led several global growth initiatives and implemented market strategies around the world. Previously, he worked as a Client Manager and Business Originator at Rothschild Private Banking and Credit Suisse, working mainly with high-profile clients.

Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and a professional football coaching certification – the UEFA A license.
