- MAKE A PHONE CALL: From the home screen, select the Phone app. Dial the desired number, then select the Call icon.
Note: You can also access the phone app from the lock screen by selecting and swiping up from the green Phone icon. To learn about calling or using your device in other countries, visit the AT&T International website. SelectPLACESto access a directory of locations you can call nearby.
- MAKE A CALL USING SPEED DIAL:Select and hold the desired speed dial number.
Note: To call a speed dial contact with two digits, select the first digit then select and hold the second digit. To add a number to speed dial, from the phone app select the Menu icon > Speed dial numbers> the number you wish to assign the contact to > desired contact. The number 1 is reserved for Voicemail. - While a call is active, the Call icon will be displayed in the Notification bar.
- MAKE A CONFERENCE CALL:While on an active call select Add call> enter desirednumberorcontact>Call icon> Merge.
- ANSWER OR DECLINE A CALL:Swipe the Answer icon in any direction to answer a call. Swipe the Decline icon in any direction to decline a call.
Note: To turn automatic answering on or off, from the home screen selectPhone app > Menu icon > Settings > Answering and ending calls > Automatic answering switch. - REJECT A CALL WITH A TEXT MESSAGE: Select and drag SEND MESSAGE up. Select the desired message or select Compose new message to write your own.
Note: To create or edit text message replies, from the home screen, select thePhone app > Menu icon > Settings > Quick decline messages > desired message to edit.
