SXSW 2026 Unveils a Star-Studded Lineup of Artists and Presenters
The highly anticipated South by Southwest (SXSW) music festival has just revealed its first 100 showcasing artists and 50 showcase presenters for 2026. This year's lineup promises to be a global celebration of diverse genres and cultures, offering festival-goers a unique opportunity to discover fresh talent from around the world. The festival will take place from March 12 to March 18 in Austin, Texas.
Among the confirmed artists are Milo Korbenski, a masked lo-fi art-pop sensation from Brighton, England, and La Texana, a Mexico City-based post-punk project. Hudson Freeman, an alt-folk songwriter from Brooklyn, will also be performing, as will the Indonesian trio Grrrl Gang. Local favorite Bayonne, based in Austin, will be gracing the stages as well. Other notable acts include Roger Sellers' electro-pop project, the Irish post-punks Chalk, and the punk-pop buzz band The Sophs from Los Angeles. The West Coast's own Koad, a hip-hop and Bollywood-influenced rapper, producer, and songwriter, will bring his unique sound to the festival. Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter runo plum, Grammy-nominated rapper and Tully founder Joyner Lucas, and experimental electropop DJ_Dave from Los Angeles will also be part of the lineup.

The Music Festival Opening Party will be a star-studded affair, with The All-American Rejects taking the stage at Stubb's Amphitheater on the festival's opening night, March 12. Rivian will be hosting the event. Additionally, SXSW Music Showcase Presenters include industry giants like Billboard, NPR Music Stations, Rolling Stone, British Music Embassy, and Los Angeles Times' De Los, as well as BMG, College of Hip Hop Knowledge, BBC Introducing, and The Line of Best Fit. First-time presenters include Willie Nelson's Luck Reunion and Dream Con, adding to the festival's excitement and diversity.
