I have had my large free-standing mixer for almost ten years. It was giving me some small issues and I called in and got a wonderful woman in the US who gave me some hints, seemed to know what the issue was and helped me a great deal. Kind and considerate and without having to sit on hold for an hour or be transferred all over or getting someone that I can't understand. Wonderful experience.

I had purchased KitchenAid pots and pans and the the non stick coating started to come off of some of my pots and pans. They did not even last a couple months, even T-fal has better quality. I reported it to KitchenAid and they did not respond. Literally the communication was completely ignored by them.

I would not even give Kitchenaid one star if I can. I placed an order almost a month ago on Nov 5th and received an email that it is going to be delayed. I said ok and Delivery was scheduled for December 16th. I received another email from them 5 days ago saying if I want to keep my order please click on the link. Yes I wanted to keep my order but the link does not work. I tried to chat, no answer, called them and waited 1 hour on hold and no answer. So I replied to their email saying that I want to keep my order. Today Nov. 30th I received an email saying my order is cancelled. HAHA. I called and waited on the line for 63 minutes to talk with someone and finally they answered. They said they can not do anything about a cancelled order. I have to reorder it again when they have the item in stock which is about 4-6 weeks at least. I should have get it from Best Buy when they have it in stock but too late for that too. What would you do if you were me?

I have owned Kitchenaid cookware for four years now and have had two lids shatter. My latest experience happened at the dinner table where a lid that was covering rice literally exploded as my son went to set it back down. Glass flew all over the food and onto the floor. Luckily no one was struck in the face. I have had two lids shatter and replacements are not available. Neither lid had any visible scratches or fractures when it shattered. I do like the pots themselves but would not recommend buying any with glass lids. I did contact the company and they don't make replacement lids. They are sending me one pot and lid to replace one of the two with missing lids.

KitchenAid has good products for someone like me who does not cook excessively. If I ever want to step up my cooking game, I will probably invest in a more expensive brand and get more cooking tools. But I've had the same set of KitchenAid cooking gear for the past 5 years and it is still in good shape.

Need cookware more durable. I like the look of the cookware but could be more durable. I wish there were more colors to KitchenAid. I am only familiar with red. Stackable cookware would be of great value also.

I have several KitchenAid pieces, and several years ago the handle to raise the bowl on my mixer broke. I sent it in to the company with a $25 service fee. A couple of weeks later they called me and said that found a flaw in the unit that was a factory defect, and sent me a brand new mixer to replace one that was several years old. I was very happy with a company that would stand by their product after that much time.

All my KitchenAid cookware has held up to its usage, meaning that it last. I do a lot of meals at home and I have not experienced any unusual problems, but of course I care for it all as the instructions saids.

Love the durability of the stainless steel, but not so crazy about the no-stick finish. Over time it starts to deteriorate and the only answer to that is a new pan. With all stainless, they last forever.

Beautiful polished stainless cookware set with copper heat transfer bottom plate. Really looks and feels like high quality. If you like the look of this cookware and don't mind having to soak the pieces to remove stuck on food, it is of high quality and good price.
