Summer might be almost over, but its last month is going to be filled with contemplation and excitement — astrologically speaking. Before heading into individual horoscopes, here's what’s coming our way this Virgo season, which spans from Aug. 22 to Sept. 22.
The sun enters Virgo on Aug. 22, adding clarity and assertiveness to our lives. Communication planet Mercury, which has been retrograde since Aug. 5 turns direct onAug. 28 in Leo, ending the miscommunications and misunderstandings that have been causing aggravation and stress.
On Aug. 29, lovelorn Venus enters Libra, bringing tenderness and romance to our relationships.
Uranus begins its retrograde journey in Taurus on Sept. 1, which will last until Jan. 30, 2025. This is a moment in which we are questioning the changes that we are making and sorting through how we want to advance our perspectives to align with the times.
Pluto retrograde re-enters Capricorn on Sept. 1. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn at the end of 2023, we saw changes happening in the world and in our attitudes. We'll be tested to see if we are ready to commit to this evolution.
The new moon in Virgo falls on Sept. 2, urging us to be more aware and mindful of our goals.
Action planet Mars moves into Cancer on Sept. 4, heightening our passions and emotions.
On Sept. 9, Mercury re-enters Virgo, taking us back to the end of July and asking us to revisit the story from the first half of the retrograde. Now, we can implement the lessons we’ve learned into our lives.
