We don't bite off more than we can chew, and when you have decided to buy a caravan, we believe you should be able to embark on your travel dreams as soon as you can.
Thisis why we do not take orders if we are uncertain of what the future holds. As an example, during the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, being located in Melbourne made for a very unstable sourcing and manufacturing environment with government enforced shut downs causing already promised lead times being extended by months.
With sales already booked out for 8 months, the team decided to focus all efforts on meeting the promises of the existing customers and put new sales on hold for 5 months whilst we got parts and manufacturing stable and able to meet our customers needs again.
It's what makes us different. We wanted to spend the time thinking about what we could do better in serving the Kokoda community to make their journeys more memorable.
