Verantwoording via SBR

Woningcorporaties leggen verantwoording af aan toezichthoudende instanties over de geleverde prestaties (dVi) of voorgenomen activiteiten (dPi) via SBR. SBR-wonen is een samenwerkingsverband van Autoriteit Woningcorporaties, Waarborgfonds Sociale Woningbouw, ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties en Aedes. Binnen dit samenwerkingsverband zijn afspraken gemaakt over het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van gegevens en het makkelijker uitwisselen van deze gegevens tussen corporaties en de betrokkenen.

SBR-wonen is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de informatie-opvraag en technische infrastructuur voor aanlevering van de data. Het eigenaarschap van de data blijft bij de convenantpartijen. SBR-wonen beschikt dus niet over data.
