Open the SAP Fiori apps reference library in a Web browser.
In the Windows start menu, choose a Web browser.
In the Web browser favorites, choose SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library in the SAP Fiori folder or enter https://www.sap.com/fiori-apps-library.
Open the product features of the Post General Journal Entries app. Use the following information:

Choose by Line of Business.
Choose Finance.
Choose Filter.
In the Filter popup, open the Application Type dropdown.
Select SAP Fiori - Transactional.
Close the Application Type dropdown.
Choose Go.
In the Search field, enter post general journal and choose Enter.
Choose Post G/L Document / Post General Journal Entries.

SAP Fiori App Recommendations Analysis
The SAP Fiori App Recommendations analysis can be started on the main page by choosing Get SAP Fiori App Recommendations. It needs a usage and system profiles as input:
- Usage Profile
- A usage profile is a list of the most used transactions in a system. These can be collected based on end-user feedback or by tracing the used transactions in the system, for example, through the Workload Monitor (
ST03). - System Profile
- A system profile is a list of installed software components in an SAP system. These can be collected using the system information of a system or functions of the SAP Solution Manager, for example, the Landscape Management Database (LMDB).
The analysis results in a table of apps with information about their relevance and system requirements depending on the usage and system profiles. The table can be filtered in many ways, for example, by application types, line of business, or roles. Views can be created to save changes to the layout of the table. The following views are predefined:
- Overview
- Installation Details
- Fiori Launchpad Content
- Configuration Details
Details of each app can be accessed by just clicking on one entry in the table or you can switch from the list view to the detail view, which jumps to a filtered view of the SAP Fiori apps reference library.
Create SAP Fiori App Recommendations
Business Scenario
You want to open the SAP Fiori apps reference library and operate the SAP Fiori App Recommendations.
This exercise requires an SAP account.
Steps
Log on SAP Fiori App Recommendations in the SAP Fiori apps reference library using your SAP user.
In the Google Chrome favorites, choose SAP Fiori Apps Reference Library in the SAP Fiori folder.
On the home page, choose Get SAP Fiori App Recommendations.
Log on using your SAP account.
Create a new analysis Sample Analysis (UX100) for the product suite SAP S/4HANA using the Sample Usage Profile (Shared).
Select Create new analysis.
Choose Step 2.
In the Usage Profile dropdown, select Sample Usage Profile (Shared).
Choose Step 3.
In the Analysis for Product Suite dropdown, select SAP S/4HANA.
In the Front-End System Profile dropdown, select Sample Frontend Profile (Share).
In the Back-End System Profile dropdown, select Sample Backend Profile (Shared).
Choose Step 4.
In the Analysis Name field, enter Sample Analysis (UX100).
Choose Get SAP Fiori App Recommendations.
Filter the list of apps of your analysis by Application TypeFiori - Analytical and RoleAccounts Payable Accountant. Switch to detail view and examine the feedback options.
Choose Application Type.
In the popup, select Fiori - Analytical and choose OK.
Choose Role.
In the popup, select Accounts Payable Accountant and choose OK.
Choose Detail View at the bottom.
Choose the speech balloons in the lower right corner and mention the feedback options.
