We already know that two popular delicious food combination in the world, ‘hummus and falafel’ are Israeli staples, and also completely vegan.

Israel as a country is considered quite liberal and adoptive in its approach, and changes happen here faster than any other place. According to some prominent food bloggers and chefs, it was a bold move for a European country like Israel where food tourism is highly dependent on meat delicacies. But people accepted and appreciated the change in a positive manner and today Tel Aviv’s vegan dishes are a craze among the hardcore carnivores too! The Georgian khinkali dumplings they serve at Israel restaurants are supremely delicious, and are stuffed with mushrooms, squash, potatoes, and aubergine salsa, and even meat lovers swear by its taste.
