Is Six Sigma White Belt recognized? ›

1) Is the Six Sigma White Belt recognized? After successfully fulfilling all certification requirements, candidates are provided a certificate by the official CSSC organization, the most respected accrediting organization in the Six Sigma industry. Hence, the Six Sigma White Belt is well recognized.

The “Standard Exam” Six Sigma White Belt Certification exam consists of 30 questions. It is an open-book format examination (we encourage the use of the free Self-Study Guide, issued by The Council for Six Sigma Certification, while taking the exam) that you will have 30 minutes to complete.

Six Sigma White Belt is the basic level of certification that provides you information about basic concepts of Six Sigma. White Belts can not only assist with change management within an organization, but they can also participate on local problem solving teams that support projects.
