On time Delivery % for each vendors (2024)

Hi,

We created variable (Status) in bex - Please explain what are you doing here, how a varaible doing this.

What is expected no.of records for a refresh?

If its more, as u are saying variable gives 1 and 0 for ontime and delay. why cant you create two variables one give 1 for ontime and another gives 1 for delay. when you bring them both in columns it will give both the counts and avoid keeping the PO number in columns. then you can do calculation either excel or in BEx itself.

If its less, bring all POs into excel sheet.

Then just find =COUNTIF(Range,0) in the excel sheet of the variable(I dont know, How a variable is doing it... I assume it as a field) and also find =COUNTIF(range,1) in excel.

Now you have no of ontime and late deliveries... again use excel formula in another cell to find it.

What are x and y-axis in chart, if its some other representation mention the corresponding axes?
