The Woodland Labyrinth is guaranteed to drop from the Great Owl, a rare enemy found within the Mountains. Finding the Woodland Labyrinth quickly and efficiently can be achieved through finding a semi-empty Realm and running around the Mountains until a Great Owl is spotted.

Tomb of the Ancients drop exclusively Life, and various other potions in its Treasure Sarcophagi. The Nest drops primarily Life and Greater Dexterity, with a chance of Defense from the Treasure Room boss.

Entrances to the Forest Maze are dropped from Forest Nymphs, Goblin Mages, Elf Wizards, Hobbit Mages, Undead Hobbit Mages, Sandsman Kings, Dwarf Kings, Drake Babies and Enraged Bunnies. This dungeon must be completed to earn 'First Steps', 'Hero of the Nexus' and 'Realm of the Mad God' fame bonuses.

Uncommon eggs are dropped rarely by all bosses and Gods (or lesser gods). Rare and Legendary eggs can be dropped by higher difficulty dungeons (Snake Pit, Undead Lair, Abyss of Demons, etc.) at an extremely rare chance. Rare and Legendary eggs are regularly offered on the main menu.

The portal to The Crawling Depths has a chance to drop from the Sting Spider, Spore Spreader and Blood Hound, and has a guaranteed chance to drop from Skeletal Centipede. This dungeon must be completed to earn 'Explosive Journey', 'Epic Battles', 'Hero of the Nexus' and 'Realm of the Mad God' fame bonuses.

The first time you go through the Forest Maze, you should just follow Geno. If you lose track of him, he walks in these directions: right, up, up, right, up, and then left. You can use this to go back through the Forest Maze whenever you need, though there's little reason to do that.

Entrances to The Hive are dropped from both Warrior Bees and Wasp Queens at a guaranteed rate.

Entrances to the Spider Den have a chance of dropping from Orc Kings, Red Spiders, Shambling Sludges, Werelions, Desert Werewolves, and Swarms.

How to find the Spider Den. The highlands, which are found by the godlands, are full of enemies that can drop the Spider Den. Droppers around this area include Urgles, Undead Dwarf Warriors, and Werelions. Cyclops Gods also drop this portal, but they must first be sought out in their castles.

The Ocean Trench is guaranteed to drop from the Hermit God, an event god.
